The teachers are busy getting their classrooms ready at the moment and are planning all sorts of exciting activities for us to do during Term 1. Starting school can be an exciting time, but it can also make some people nervous. Remember that the teachers are there to help you and that school is really fun!!
Our focus for the first week of school is Connecting/Whanaunagatanga. I am looking forward to getting to know your children and whanau and look forward to our meetings on Wednesday And Thursday. This is a great chance for us to get to know each other before the first day and will help the tamariki to settle into school.
